A downloadable game for Windows

This is a simple tower defense game written in Common Lisp with the EON framework based on Raylib, submitted for the Spring Lisp Game Jam 2024.

The source code is available on Github  under Apache-2.0 license.

Instructions

Within a limited budget, build towers to fend off the invading monsters. There are 4 types of towers, each differing in attack method, speed, range, and construction cost. You need to strategically arrange the types and positions of the towers to maximize their attack efficiency. Defeating monsters or demolishing towers grants you money, which can be used for further construction or upgrading towers to enhance your defenses. The levels have a certain degree of difficulty but have been tested to ensure they can be completed. Show off your intelligence!

The game features a saving mechanism in a single run instance, allowing you to directly retry the last failed level without having to replay the previous levels.

Controls

Keyboards and game controllers are both supported.
  • Up/Down/Left/Right (corresponding to the D-pad on the controller): Navigate between tower slots or menu options.
  • X (corresponding to the confirm button A on the controller): Select to operate the tower slot or confirm a menu option.
  • Z (corresponding to the cancel button B on the controller): Skip the waiting for enemy invasion or exit the menu.
